Elkton School District Strategic Planning 2022 - Draft
The School District Action Plan had a first reading at the February 14, 2022 School Board meeting.
The School District Action Plan, also known as a Strategic Plan, contains goals in the following areas: Academics, Student Behavior & Student Support, Communication, and Staff Development.
The action plan - strategic plan - was developed from survey information gathered from students, staff, parents, and community members. Tom Oster, with Dakota Education Consulting, worked with staff, parent, & community members to develop the action plan.
Mr. Oster conducted a strategic planning meeting with school board members and administration to go over the action plan at a special board meeting. On February 14, 2022, the school board had a reading and discussion of the plan. The School District Action Plan is still in draft stage with a second reading scheduled for the March 14, 2022 school board meeting.
