Parents:
Please check your lunch balances.
Seconds on milks and meals are an additional charge even if your family receives free or reduced lunch.
The cost of second milk is 35 cents. The cost of seconds is $1.15.
If you don’t want your student taking second milks or meals, please let the office know.
Money will need to be deposited into your lunch account before seconds can be taken. If you have been contacted about a negative lunch balance, your student will not be able to sign up or receive seconds until they have money in their account.

Starting in Quarter 2, I will be coordinating a group of high school students to offer tutoring services to our elementary students. This will be happening on Tuesday mornings from 8 - 8:20 in the north gym.
Students who have missing work, who need to practice their reading or math facts or just need a confidence boost that comes with working with an upper-class student are encouraged to attend.
High school students who are interested in tutoring should sign up using the link below. They do not need to be present at every session. This is an excellent opportunity to practice their skill of leading with love and to add an activity to their resume.

Thanks to Cory Greenwood for speaking with Elkton students today! Cory was here two years ago and shared his "Your Story Matters" message with our high school and we were glad to welcome him back for assemblies with both elementary and JH/HS today. Messages shared included taking responsibility for choices, fostering healthy relationships, and focusing on what we can do to create change on our lives.
